This add-on is provided by DevCatapult ("we", "us"). DevCatapult is the seller, not Google. Using the add-on means you accept these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the add-on. An Individual licence covers one Google account. A Domain licence covers all users of one Google Workspace domain. A Lifetime licence covers one Google account with no expiry. Licence keys are personal — sharing a key outside the account or domain it was issued for ends the licence.
The free plan allows 15 numbered items per document with all features enabled. We may change this limit for new users; existing paid licences are unaffected for the period already paid.
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time; your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated. Lifetime purchases are a single payment with no renewal. All prices are in USD and exclude any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, by emailing nathan@devcatapult.com. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you additionally have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, which these terms do not limit.
Do not attempt to circumvent licensing, resell the add-on, or use it to break the law or Google's terms.
The add-on runs on Google Apps Script and depends on Google's platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for outages, changes or deprecations on Google's side.
The add-on is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Keep your own backups: Google Docs version history is your safety net for any document change.
You may stop using the add-on at any time. We may terminate a licence for breach of these terms, refunding any unused prepaid period.
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Material changes affecting an active subscription take effect at your next renewal.
